10/10, you have to go and try here. Breakfast and lunch. Everything is delicious. Parking is tight, but worth the hassle. Waitstaff was amazing and the interior is great with a nice outside patio

Puebla's Mexican Kitchen has some of the best breakfast tacos in the Heights. Their potato, egg, and bean taco on a flour tortilla is always fresh and flavorful, and the red and green salsas bring just the right amount of heat and balance. My husband used to bring these tacos home when I was on maternity leave, and they were always amazing. Simple, delicious, and consistently great!

Puebla's Mexican Kitchen is my go-to spot for breakfast tacos in the Heights. Their potato, egg, and bean taco on a flour tortilla is always fresh, flavorful, and a great value at $3. The red and green salsas add the perfect kick, and the tortillas have that homemade quality that sets them apart. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere with both indoor seating and a nice outdoor patio. Parking can be limited--there are a few spots in the private lot out front, with additional spaces behind the restaurant and some street parking nearby. Consistently great food, friendly service, and solid breakfast tacos make this one of the better spots in the area. Highly recommended!

OMG horchata the size of my head! (Pretty sure this is the "Mexican drink" on the menu bc I didn't see the word horchata.) Chilaquiles were excellent and the refried beans it comes with are minimal - heads up bc the beans are GOOD. Chips and salsa were great. Chips look homemade. Very cute little spot!

I drive by this place all the time and finally got a chance to stop in last week with some friends for breakfast. The inside is well decorated and has a lot of seating available. Parking lot is small - so you may have to park on a side street depending how busy it is. The service was great and the staff was super friendly. I got the Huevos con Chorizo and Mexican Hot Chocolate. The Huevos con Chorizo were really good with the flour tortillas and were actually pretty filling. The hot chocolate was a perfect drink for a cold day. Overall, the value of the food was great for what we received. I will definitely be back!

I'm Mexican and my first time in Texas. Legit!! I had 2 gorditas de carnitas, and hubby had enchiladas con mole. They serve their cafe de olla and hot chocolate in clay mugs. We enjoyed their homemade Agua de Tamarindo. So good. Small place , no reservations. Be prepared to wait.

Always a good spot! Looks like a few updates were done. More seating was added and different decor. They kept same awesome customer service and lovely flavors. As you walk in you are greeted and offer a seat. Cafe de olla or cafe with canela is my fave. Makes you feel at home. All the food is delicious! This time I went with chilaquiles and they did not disappoint.

Consistently good and friendly service. I opted for the divorced chilaquiles, sauces on the side and an asado se puerco taco. Can't wait til my next visit.

I discovered Pueblo's by accident a few years ago while visiting the local farmers market in Houston. We were searching for breakfast, and it was one of the few places open in the area. Parking can be a bit limited, with small lots in front and back, but there's street parking available in the neighborhood behind the restaurant. Every time we visit, we're greeted warmly by the cashier or staff. The décor is vibrant and fun, featuring Mexican cultural elements like luchadores and sugar skulls, which adds to the authentic atmosphere. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating. While we usually sit inside, on this visit we enjoyed the beautiful weather and chose to sit outside. Though the view includes parked cars, the ambience was still enjoyable. My go-to order is the chorizo and potato burrito, but I've tried several variations, and they're all great! The cinnamon coffee is also a must. In addition to our favorites, we like to try something new with each visit. This time, we ordered the Chilaquiles--corn tortillas cut into quarters, lightly fried, topped with tomatillo salsa, queso fresco, and served with refried beans. We added eggs and skipped the sour cream and onions, which is usually included. The dish was delicious! Service is always spot-on, and the food never disappoints. Pueblo's Mexican Kitchen has become our go-to breakfast spot when we're in the mood for tasty, authentic Mexican food at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
